Exhibition
The Conference Organisers offer the opportunity of products
presentation at the stands.
The condition to participate in the conference exhibition is to pay a basic
stand fee, posting a company advertising poster and a conference fee for at
lease one person representing company.
- Basic stand fee (desk 1,5 m2 + 2 chairs): 250 EUR (23% VAT included)
- Posting a company advertising poster: 250 EUR (23% VAT included)
- Conference fee for one person*: 120 EUR (23% VAT included)
Deadline for companies assignment and payment: 30th June 2016
In the case of bigger space interest, the fee will be negotiated
* In case of more people participation, each person should be registered
separately
